Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our Innovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing first-class user experiences and interactions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a design system that aligns with our brand and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital products and services
  • Design and prototype user experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in design, business, innovation, technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in visual design tools such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of design thinking and agile development principles
  • Demonstrated portfolio of UX design work that showcases your skills and experience
