Job Title: Truck Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Load Land Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a variety of trucks, including straight and articulated vehicles, to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive trucks to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods
- Obtain special permits and documents required for international routes
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
- AZ class license
- Experience an asset
- Flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player skills
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding work
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and physically demanding tasks. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 40 to 60 hours per week
