Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other financial tools.
