We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a Life Sciences Field Service Representative, you will provide on-site maintenance and support for medical devices and equipment in a high-stress healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on STERIS and related product lines in a safe and efficient manner.">
  • Troubleshoot, repair, modify, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.">
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely preventative maintenance performance, service calls, warranty calls, field upgrade programs, etc.">
  • Maintain a working relationship with the Area Service Manager to advise of activity and changes related to sales opportunities in assigned territory.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Secondary School Diploma, Graduation Certificate, or CAEC with 1 year of relevant experience.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, sometimes outside 'normal business hours.'">
  • Must live within 50 miles of center of territory.">
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times and push wheeled transporters up to about 50 pounds.">
