Job Title: Laborer - Factory Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laborer - Factory Worker to join our team at NuAge Foam Inc.

Job Summary:

The Laborer - Factory Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced factory environment. This includes checking and weighing materials and products, sorting and packaging materials and products, and assisting machine operators and other workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
  • Perform other laboring and elemental activities
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

Support for Veterans:
  • Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
