Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Unison Realty Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our apartment/condominium complex, office building, and other locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain floors, hallways, and stairs using industrial vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Perform tasks such as washing windows, cleaning bathrooms, and moving heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Work with minimal supervision and be able to work under pressure.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability are essential for this role.
