Job Title: Lead Programmer Analyst

Description:

Driven Brands is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Programmer Analyst to drive the development and maintenance of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, with experience in managing small teams and working with FDM4 Financials software.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance and IT departments to gather and analyze requirements for financial systems.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users of financial systems.
  • Work on data integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
  • Ensure data security and integrity in all applications.
  • Develop and customize financial applications, including FDM4 Financials modules, to meet business needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop individuals on a small team of programmer analysts.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with FDM4 Financials software.
  • 3+ years programming skills in languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or similar.
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Strong business-writing skills, ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate to business opportunity.
  • Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills to manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective at cultivating relationships across diverse teams (technical teams as well as key business partners).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • French Canadian Language Skills- written and verbal.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems.
  • Experience with additional programming languages and software development tools.
  • Knowledge in Warehouse Operations, Ecommerce and CRM.
