Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and implement procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Boston Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
