Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the leasing of office space in our commercial properties. As a successful Leasing Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the office leasing market and a proven track record of success in leasing space.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new tenants through effective marketing and networking strategies.
  • Negotiate and execute leases with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing, maintaining excellent communication throughout.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current tenants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Market the property to potential tenants, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Track and analyze leasing data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, adjusting leasing strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office leasing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
