Job Title: Transportation Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Manager to join our team at Legend Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of goods from point A to point B.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Tracking: Arrange for shipping documentation and track the movement of goods in transit.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations.
  • Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Vehicle Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Revenue Management: Set transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Trucking company.
