- Coordinate, track, and report on various project functions including health & safety, environment, quality, costing, subcontractor progress, and scheduling.
- Take project progress photos, quantity measurements, manage hydrostatic and pneumatic utility testing, and coordinate sample taking and lab testing.
- Work with foremen and superintendents to ensure accurate completion of daily crew reports for payroll and equipment time processing.
- Analyze job costing and help produce accurate budget forecasting.
- Work with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop, assess, and improve project management and operations.
- Assist estimators with estimating, including maintaining accurate bid lists, participation in the estimate review, and bid wrap-up.
