Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at NA Freight Forwarding Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding sales with new opportunities for our existing customers by providing and promoting information about our services.
About UsNA Freight Forwarding Inc. is a Canadian-based company specializing in logistics services with specific strengths in warehousing and distribution, LTL consolidations, expedites, full truckloads, and specialized equipment service to and from Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities to position the company's services as a solution to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up on quotes with customers
- Follow up with customers for feedback on recent services
- Provide demos of software solutions to potential customers
- Work with the Marketing department on campaigns
- Use various tools and techniques to identify potential leads and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team while ensuring a smooth handover by providing detailed background information to the sales team
- Assist with customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Collect customer information for future follow-ups
- Upsell services and make recommendations
- Support the closing of sales and achieve company quotas
- Constantly learn about the company's services to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to enhance outreach strategies and conversations
- Assist Sales Reps as needed
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry
