Job Title: General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team at Alberta Avenue Medical Clinic.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough examinations, and developing effective treatment plans. They will work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our clinic.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and X-rays
  • Prescribe and administer medications as necessary
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health and wellness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the province of Alberta
  • Experience in primary care or family medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
