About the Role

MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, analyzing data, and implementing data administration policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Science: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Database Development: Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business operations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Database Administration: Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of databases.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for data access, usage, and backup.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in database development and administration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in database software, programming languages, and data analysis tools.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office, MS Windows, and data analysis software.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
