Job Title: Heavy Haul Driver

Weinrich Contracting Ltd. is a leading earthworks and heavy civil construction company seeking a skilled Heavy Haul Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Haul Driver to operate our lowbeds and transport heavy machinery and equipment to various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 1 License, lowbed experience, and a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, secure, and transport heavy machinery and equipment to construction sites.
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
  • Comply with applicable legislation, including safe operation, carriage of goods, driver's hours, and occupational health and safety.
  • Maintain daily logs and other necessary paperwork.
  • Meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 License.
  • Lowbed experience.
  • Clean driving abstract.
  • Fluent English language skills.
