Job Title: Arborist

Lombardi Tree Service is seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our team. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs in urban and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas to ensure the health and safety of trees and shrubs.
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease, and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Remove trees and shrubs as needed, using a variety of equipment and techniques.
  • Supervise and train helpers to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Set and sharpen all types of saws, and operate heavy equipment such as loaders and cranes.
Requirements:
  • Arboriculturists Trade Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Work at heights, using ladders, aerial lifts, and other equipment.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, lifting and carrying heavy equipment and materials.
