Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Unloading
    • Unload trailers and containers, and sort merchandise according to inventory management procedures.
    • Verify the accuracy of received merchandise and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in the processing of merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory.
    • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
