About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Arborist to join our team at Arborwood Tree Service. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for pruning trees, operating chainsaws, and assisting in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Prune trees to maintain health and appearance
  • Operate chainsaws to fell, delimb, and buck trees
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
Certifications and Licenses
  • International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification
  • Arboriculturists Trade Certification
Specialized Skills
  • Green economy sector experience
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Security and Safety
  • Driver's validity licence check
