About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at SYN-CO Synthetic Grass Inc. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, and rake and collect refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed, and apply fertilizers.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, noisy, dusty, and hot environments.
  • Availability to work on the road, with occasional travel to different work sites.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
