Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at L3J General Services. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers, laundering clothing and household linens, and mending clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel regularly and use public transportation.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
