Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at East Toronto Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Clinic. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Completion of advanced orthopedic courses and/or pelvic health physiotherapy is a strong asset.
