Software Tester with Guidewire Claim Center Expertise

Job Description:
As a skilled Software Tester with a strong background in Guidewire Claim Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise in testing and quality assurance will be invaluable in identifying and resolving defects, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute manual and automated tests for the Guidewire Claim Center module, including claim setup, adjudication, subrogation, and recovery processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver-Java.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis and defect reporting, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  6. Provide training and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements:
  1. 6-8 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and project management.
  2. ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level & Agile Extension.
  3. Strong understanding of Guidewire Claim Center, including claim setup, adjudication, subrogation, and recovery processes.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
