Job Title: Electronic Service Technician Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Service Technician Supervisor to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc DBA Tim Hortons.

Job Summary:

The Electronic Service Technician Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of electronic service technicians, ensuring that all equipment and assemblies are properly inspected and tested, and that all work orders and maintenance reports are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electronic service technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify and diagnose faults.
  • Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies as needed.
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare cost estimates and supervise the preparation of work orders.
  • Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronic service and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
