Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Freight Haulers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, including compiling orders and instructions received from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
  • Track and complete work orders.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Maintain vehicle operator work records.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
