Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hyae Seon Park. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Cook nutritious meals and snacks to meet our clients' dietary needs
  • Assist with medication management and other health-related tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a care-related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
