About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Supplement World. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Payments: Handle cash, credit, debit, and cheque payments, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Stock and Maintain Store: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Promotions: Participate in promotional activities, such as sales events and product demonstrations, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Verify Age and ID: Verify the age of customers when selling restricted products, such as lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
  • Work Term and Hours: Work a permanent schedule, with 35-40 hours per week, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
