Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at BILLA LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate Logistics Activities: Oversee the coordination of logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory levels, requisition materials and equipment as needed, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operational performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
