We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Radiologist to join our team at Alta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients, including radiography, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy.
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for complex cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary radiology and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the hospital's continuous improvement.
- DVM degree or equivalent, enabling practice in Canada.
- Board-certified (ACVS) or residency-trained (and eligible to sit for board examination).
- Leadership skills combined with a positive team player attitude.
- Excellent diagnostic and critical care skills with expertise in ventilation.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Organizational skills allowing you to stay focused and work under pressure.
- The drive and ability to help train and mentor interns and technicians.
