Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and Coordination: Develop and maintain a clear and organized tracking system for all orders and deliveries to ensure timely supply chain operations.
- Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials to various departments or field locations, ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of critical materials, and alerting relevant departments of potential shortages.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Collaborate with procurement teams to expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between suppliers, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any issues.
