Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Best Western Cold Lake Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, and restock linens and towels as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
