About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative concepts and ensuring their successful execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies.
- Presentation of creative work and rationales to the product group and client for discussion and approval.
- Creation of compelling art and copy that engages the target audience and follows the brand's tone of voice.
- Execution of creative projects using modern perspectives while maintaining the client's existing graphic look, brand image, and goals.
- Partnership with Production to develop formats that achieve strategic objectives outlined in the brief.
- Management of multiple projects efficiently and maintenance of quality and budget control throughout all aspects of the process.
- Championing the client's cause while balancing it with our objectives.
- Contribution to building a positive agency culture and working relationships with other departments and clients.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled Art Director with 3+ years of experience. Your portfolio should demonstrate exceptional creativity and the ability to create ideas that motivate consumers. You should have knowledge and experience in performing on various consumer, industrial, corporate, and institutional communication assignments across multiple mediums.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
