Job Title: Mixer Driver

BURNCO LLC is seeking a skilled Mixer Driver to join our team. As a Mixer Driver, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to construction sites and ensuring the safe operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Ready-Mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sites.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and operate the truck safely.
  • Contribute to keeping locations in and around the plant clean and hazard-free.
  • Learn and execute company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Class 1 or 3 CDL (with air brake endorsement).
  • Safe driving record with a clean commercial Driver Abstract (minimum 5 years).
  • Concrete Mixer Truck driving experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • City driving experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to drive standard or manual transmission.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and be available on short notice.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment testing.

As a safety-sensitive position, it is a condition of employment that selected candidates successfully pass comprehensive pre-employment testing, including a Drug and Alcohol screen and Fitness to Work testing. Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any Cannabis-derived products, regardless of use frequency or purpose.
