Spiros Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to join our team in the heart of the city. As an integral part of our kitchen operations, you will oversee food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

About the Job
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to our menu standards.
  • Leading and training our kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen area.
  • Collaborating with our management team to plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Supervising kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to health and safety protocols, and providing coaching and guidance as needed.
About You
  • You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and at least 2 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
