About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at De La Rosa household. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medications, as prescribed by the client's healthcare provider.
Requirements
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Dependability, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.
