Job Summary

Rah-Firdaus Foods & Fashions Inc. is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to join its team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the inventory control process, ensuring accurate and timely restocking of merchandise in our stores. Your expertise in cash handling and customer service will be invaluable in providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of merchandise.
  • Cash Handling: Supervise and train cashiers in handling cash transactions, maintaining a secure and accurate cash handling process.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Cold/refrigerated.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, Department store, Supermarket/grocery store.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
