About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm System Technician to join our team at Mircom Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing fire alarm systems to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Conduct thorough inspections of fire alarm systems to identify any defects or malfunctions.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Use hand, power, or specially designed tools to repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective repairs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fire safety inspection and repair is necessary.
  • Manual Dexterity and Attention to Detail: Possess manual dexterity and attention to detail to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
