We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will work independently in a fast-paced environment, performing tasks such as:

  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
  • Dusting furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuuming carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstered furniture
  • Making beds and changing sheets
  • Distributing clean towels and toiletries
  • Stocking linen closets
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handling and reporting lost and found items
  • Attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Providing basic information on facilities and services
  • Picking up debris and emptying trash containers

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
