Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at United Wings Enterprise Inc.

Job Summary

The Healthcare Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Clean and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Record vital signs and collect statistics
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment
