Chef Job Description

At CANADA INC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate special events and determine the size of food portions and costs.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
