About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Live-in Nanny to join our team at Kozeta Miliku. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive development, social skills, and emotional intelligence.
    • Assist with homework and provide guidance on academic subjects.
    • Encourage a love for learning and exploration.
  • Household Management
    • Manage the household schedule, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily routine.
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
    • Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Health and Wellness
    • Monitor and report any changes in the children's health, ensuring prompt medical attention when necessary.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy habits and a balanced lifestyle.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
    • Work effectively with other household staff, if applicable, to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
