Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Ultramar Express Mart. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties
- Hire and Train or Arrange for Training of Staff
- Order Merchandise
- Authorize Return of Merchandise
- Establish Work Schedules
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters
- Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages
- Organize and Maintain Inventory
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
