About the Job:
- Work within a multi-skilled team managing Service Cloud platforms.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform and lead teams in translating business needs into enhancements or fixes for supported applications.
- Provide specialized Level 2 & 3 application support, including root cause analysis and configuration/code changes.
- Monitor applications for end-user experience and recommend enhancements as necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through advisory and consultative support.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related specialization.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Cloud applications, API development, and/or system integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
