Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities in the Espanola area.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s).
- Ensure timely and accessible admissions for residents, including a comprehensive orientation to the home and its services.
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Able to work with persons with infectious diseases.
- BLS Certificate.
- Valid First Aid & CPR.
- Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) and negative TB skin test within one year, as well as Hepatitis B.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shift times, depending on the facility, and 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital, depending on facility need.
