Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Easy Liquor Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice about merchandise to customers
  • Operate cash registers and maintain sales records
  • Assist in display of merchandise
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Order and receive liquor and other supplies and maintain inventories
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
