Flight Instructor Opportunity

MFC Training, a leading private flight school in Canada, is seeking a qualified Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a critical role in training the world's newest flight crews, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining our fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train students in accordance with the Training Manual and Flight Training Operational Manual.
  • Assist with Operational Control as per company SOPs, FTOM, and TM.
  • Accurately record time for activities, including briefings, flights, and instrument time.
  • Provide adequate supervision and constructive feedback to students.
  • Actively participate in MFC's safety and quality programs.
  • Ensure all licenses and required medical are current and you are ready/fit for duty.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner that does not negatively affect MFC.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid commercial pilot license for the category and class of aircraft.
  • Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 Instructor Rating with applicable endorsements.
  • Know the contents of the air carrier's operating certificate and operations specifications.
  • Understand applicable Canadian Aviation regulations.
  • Be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times.
