Job Title: Head Caretaker

Bry-Co Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Caretaker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our work sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
