Bry-Co Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Caretaker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our work sites.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
- Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train for the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
