We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Stone Jug Restaurant. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens, to prepare a range of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
This role is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
SupervisionYou will be working under the supervision of a senior chef or kitchen manager, with opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
