Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at River Guard Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and instruct apprentices as needed.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, handling heavy loads, and working at heights. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
