  • Drive and execute an ambitious product design strategy that ensures a meaningful impact on both user experience and business outcomes.
  • Bring a systems-thinking lens to the conversation and connect the dots between user insights and business goals to create experiences that keep millions of customers safe every day.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science to deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Lead through influence and present work, concepts, and new ideas to senior leadership to drive alignment and showcase design impact.
