Payroll Administrator for Advertising Agencies

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator for Advertising Agencies to manage the payroll process for our advertising agency clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining payroll records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports
- Respond to inquiries from clients and employees regarding payroll
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
- Assist with the preparation of year-end tax forms
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
